We also provide skilled nursing care, physical therapy, pain management, and wound care services through Public Health Home Health.

Personal Support

From meal preparation and bathing to housekeeping and medical-related activities, there’s no shortage of in-home, personal support services we provide for our patients.

We only hire individual caregivers who are committed to providing compassionate, dependable, and high-quality services. All personal care workers are screened, properly trained, and fully insured. We take the time to evaluate every patient, identify their needs, work closely with their family, and develop a personalized personal support plan that will help the patient achieve their goals, independence, and high quality of life.

We assist in the following areas:

Eating
Meal preparation
Medical-related activities
Dressing
Housekeeping

We also assist our patients with going to the bathroom, administering their medications, and maintaining proper nutrition.

Respite Care

Being the caregiver of someone you love is as mentally and physically exhausting as it is rewarding. When you need additional support, our team of caregivers will be there to lend a hand, help your loved one, and give you the break you need and deserve.

Respite care allows patients to remain in their homes while their caregivers can have time off, attend to their own needs, and maintain a healthy life balance. Whether you need relief for a few hours or a few days a week, we offer the flexibility you need to ensure the well-being of your loved one, as well as your own.

Our experienced caregivers are ready to assist your loved one with daily living activities. We work with patients in residential homes, as well as retirement homes and hospitals.

Private Duty Nursing

Caregivers and home health aides can’t always meet the medical needs of certain patients. If you or a loved one require a higher level of in-home medical care, we offer private duty nursing services.

Through one-on-one nursing, we can provide the same degree of care you would find in a hospital or nursing facility. Our skilled home health licensed practical nurses (LPNs) perform medical tasks such as:

Medication administration
Maintaining ostomy & catheter hygiene
Personal medical care
Filling insulin & monitoring blood sugar

Our private duty nurses are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will work with your unique schedule to accommodate your needs. We also train family members on how to care for their loved ones when our nurses are off-duty.
